Will to Work places motivated young people from Will Power to Youth into highly-structured internships with the Shakespeare Festival/LA professional productions, as well as positions at other theaters in the area. Young participants have an opportunity to stay connected to the arts community, working as colleagues alongside professional actors and technicians for real-world experiences.
